ABOUT US

Owen Dark believes in creating bespoke landscaping solutions for a range of clients.

Inspired by his father- who has been a landscaper for 30 years- Owen studied Landscape Architecture at the University of Canberra before embarking on a career in Sydney which saw him involved in a range of large-scale projects.

Combining his knowledge of project management, symmetry and design with a family passion for landscaping, Owen returned to his roots in the Southern Highlands and has since carved out a niche in the landscape design industry- fusing construction with creative design and a sound botanical knowledge to create tailored spaces that inspire.

Design

The design of your new garden is the most important part of the process. The design process works through the first stage of a concept plan then moving forward to the detailed plan once the concept has been approved by council and the client. A quote for the job is then arranged once all labour and materials have been accounted for which will be accepted by the client to move forward with the construction.

Construction

After the design stage of the job we can begin construction. The construction service that we provide is for many different types of jobs large or small including:

Small retaining walls
Stone work
Timber work including decks and screening
Paving
Drainage
Planting
Simple irrigation systems
Most hardscape and softscape work

Sculpture and Furniture

We also make custom made furniture and Sculptures for our clienteles. Depending on the needs of the clients the sculptures and furniture are generally made from hardwood timber and steel.
